Fullpath (formerly AutoLeadStar) is the automotive industry’s leading Customer Data and Experience Platform (CDXP). Fullpath enables dealers to turn their first-party data into customers for life by unifying siloed data sources and leveraging the data to create exceptional, hyper-personalized customer experiences.
Our logo should be seen as a single unit. However the icon should be used sparingly on its own (and generally only in digital applications).
The primary logos are white and navy. Refrain from using the multi-color logo in the majority of website and or dashboard designs as it will mostly be intentionally utilized in areas of “delight” (i.e., swag, banners, animation).
Aharon Horwitz is the CEO and co-founder of Fullpath, an innovative Customer Data Platform tailored for the automotive industry. Aharon has established himself as a thought leader in automotive innovation, frequently sharing insights through speeches and articles in industry publications, and participation in prominent industry conferences. Aharon is the co-author of the book “The Last Dealership,” a comprehensive industry analysis that explores the evolving landscape of automotive sales as the world prepares for a future with AI and large-scale automation. Aharon lives in Jerusalem with his wife Alieza and two young children.
Yishai is an expert in search technologies, natural language processing, data warehousing, and software development methodologies. With decades of experience in cutting edge technologies, Yishai’s work at Fullpath focuses on scaling our technology infrastructure, implementing new features, keeping client data secure, and maintaining a seamless and intuitive online system. In addition to being a software expert, Yishai enjoys working on complex mathematical and algorithmic techniques to support our core product offering. Prior to Fullpath, Yishai built high-scale software infrastructure for Answers.com and holds a BSc. in Computer Engineering from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Yishai loves kitchen gadgets and tasty food.
Eliav is the CPO and co-founder of Fullpath. Born and raised in Israel, Eliav graduated from Hebrew University with a degree in Mathematics. Eliav is a top-rated application developer, an experienced lecturer in math and bioethical analysis and a published author in multiple fields . His mobile applications have ranked #1 in key app-store categories, and he has decades of experience applying analytics to software and user-acquisition growth. As Chief Product Officer at Fullpath, Eliav has built an extensive analytics data layer, complimenting customer journey applications, and consults with clients in and out of the automotive world on Google Analytics implementations, data integrations, conversion optimization and mobile-first development.
As COO, Idan is passionate about high quality execution of strategy while overcoming the challenges of building a top-notch organization. Idan overseas Fullpath’s global operations and supports all teams in delivering an exceptional product and service to customers and partners. Idan leverages 12+ years of building, scaling, and leadership experience, deep background in SaaS, strong business orientation and technical expertise. Prior to Fullpath, Idan directed Customer Success and Presales at a SaaS fintech provider, managing Fortune 500 enterprise accounts around the world. Idan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University and served in an elite technology unit in the Israeli Army.
Ilana is an experienced marketer, innovator, and growth hacker with an expertise in digital marketing and artificial intelligence. With a background in sales and enterprise partnerships, she is always thinking about fostering new relationships to grow business. Ilana sits on the Expert Panel at Dealer Marketing Magazine and has spoken at several conferences including Digital Dealer and CBT News. Ilana is also the host of the Inside Auto Podcast where she interviews top dealers and marketers in and out of the automotive industry. Ilana holds a degree from Columbia University and now lives in Tel Aviv with her husband and two sons.
Valerie holds a Master degree in international relations and comes from an operational and non-profit background. With extensive international experience, Valerie speaks four languages and is passionate about people and bridging different cultures. Valerie is actively participating in various local and global HR communities, seeking to constantly learn new approaches to what makes great companies.
Andrew is an experienced and accomplished data-oriented manager who has been involved for over 20 years in the tech sector. Andrew brings hands-on operational experience covering finance, operations, HR and sales, as well as company-wide process and platform structuring and implementation. Andrew has handled over $200M in equity and debt financing transactions and has led M&A activities on both the sell and buy sides. Previous roles include CFO at Anchiano (NASDAQ:ANCN), Seeking Alpha, Freightos and ScaleMP. Andrew holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, served in the Israeli Air Force and is an avid swimmer.
Mike Colacchio is CRO at Fullpath. Mike has an extensive background in automotive SaaS, having spent the last 14 years at Dealer.com, Dealertrack, and Cox Automotive. Prior to Fullpath, Mike built the sales organization at Dealer Inspire. In his five years at Dealer Inspire, Colacchio grew the sales organization from 3 people to 28, generating over $100mm in sales while increasing the client base from 800 to over 5,000. Dealer Inspire was acquired in 2018 by CARS for $205mm. Prior to entering the workforce, Mike was a collegiate scholarship athlete for Baseball and played two years of minor league baseball. Mike and his wife Brittani are avid snowboarders and live in Boulder with their four children.
Roma oversees all OEM relationships and VAR Partnerships as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Fullpath. Roma joined Fullpath from Stellantis (formerly FCA) where she served as a Senior T3 Program Manager on the Global Marketing Team. She managed over 2,600 dealers, 26+ providers and generated over $200mm ARR. Roma brings over 10 years of automotive Tier-1 through Tier-3 digital experience and 15+ years of global experience in the NAFTA, EMEA and APAC markets. As a Subject Matter Expert in Mobile and Automotive, she has led several panels sharing her expertise in Mobile in the Automotive world. Roma is from Barcelona and holds a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Manchester. Roma is currently based in Michigan with her husband and 2 sons. She speaks 4 languages fluently and is an avid portrait painter.
Andrew Lane is Vice President of Customer Success at Fullpath. Andrew comes from an automotive background, spending much of his youth alongside his father, a 40+ year auto sales and service veteran, gaining valuable automotive operations experience. After making a transition away from retail automotive and into digital marketing, Andrew has spent the past 12+ years working for Dealer.com, DealerTrack, VinSolutions, Xtime and other Cox Automotive brands. Prior to Fullpath, Andrew led the Cox Automotive Managed Services Team, a 350+ agency style business supporting digital marketing for over 7,500 automotive dealers across the United States, generating >$101mm ARR. Andrew joins Fullpath with a mindset for customer-centric operations and team performance management for business scale. Andrew lives in Burlington, VT with his wife and daughter and holds a degree in Business Management from Northern Vermont University – Johnson.
As Vice President of Customer Experience at Fullpath, Christina Rosenbach leads our customer-facing teams dedicated to supporting Fullpath dealerships in maximizing the benefits of our technology. Christina joins with 15+ years of experience in the digital marketing services realm, with the last decade deeply rooted in the automotive industry at Ansira and Cars Commerce. Her passion is in helping to build successful Customer Experience programs from inception to scale, leveraging technology, process and people to foster genuine connections. She has a demonstrated track record of success with integrating organizations and building teams that have a client-first approach. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing outdoor adventures like biking and hiking.
Mike is an industry veteran who has made an impact on the retail, wholesale, and vendor sides of the business. He began his career as a car salesperson and eventually ran e-commerce for a large group before joining Dealer.com as a very early employee. He held management positions in Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnership Development before the company sold in 2014. A skilled presenter on the national stage, Mike brings a broad and deep knowledge of the automotive space as the VP of Business Development at Fullpath.
Shoshana is a passionate operator who cares deeply about process, efficiency, and collaboration. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Barnard College and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. Shoshana started her career in teaching and real estate management before entering tech. At Fullpath Shoshana works closely with departments across the whole organization and manages teams that focus on enablement through data, business applications, and knowledge. She has been involved with social impact organizations and initiatives, from planning successful singles events to creating a website for sharing bridesmaid dresses. Shoshana enjoys reading, discovering new parks, and sweet cocktails. She lives in Jerusalem with her husband and their three children.
