Enhanced Campaign Budget Tracking
- Digital Advertising budget settings have been enhanced to now include a breakdown of spend and budget allocation between your ongoing campaigns and new custom campaigns. This refinement allows you to more easily see and optimize your budget on an ongoing basis. Read more
Google Vehicle Ads Performance Report
- You can now access Vehicle Ads Reporting from Performance Max campaigns in Fullpath’s Digital Advertising dashboard. The report includes key metrics such as impressions, clicks, page views, reported leads, and more. Read more
New ‘Days on Lot’ Parameter in Audience Filters
- This filter allows you to build custom lists with enhanced vehicle “days on lot” data for any VDP view. This allows you to better define your VDP visit filters more precisely by including the number of days a vehicle has been on the lot. Check it out
Updated Permission Settings
- Improve your CDP data security by restricting permissions so that only admin users can export a CSV from the dashboard. This will limit non-admin users from exporting lists that include PII and customer data without authorization. Read more
Refined Shopper Scoring in your CDP
- Marketing Engagement Score: You can now filter by “Marketing Engagement Score” within the CDP. This score indicates how much the shopper engaged with your dealership marketing efforts like email opens and ad clicks.
- Dealership loyalty score: You can now filter by “Dealership Loyalty Score” within the CDP. This score indicates the shopper’s loyalty to your dealership based on data like sales and service ROs. Read more

New Filter Parameters in the CDP
- Sales Lead Status: You can now filter your sales leads by their status. This customizable field adapts to the unique statuses in your CRM, such as "Active Lead," "Bad Credit," "Duplicate Lead," and more.
- Service RO Vehicle of Interest: You can now filter by service RO on a vehicle of interest. Instead of pulling a general list of shoppers with an associated Service RO, you can now create lists based on service RO’s of a vehicles year, make, and model.
- Filter by AA campaign: You can now filter based on a shoppers status within a specific Audience Activation campaign. You can leverage data like email opens, clicks, and conversions for any list. Read more
Enhanced Text Editor with Rich Text Formatting and HTML Support for custom campaigns
- Rich Text Formatting: empowering you to create more engaging and visually appealing campaigns in Audience Activation. You can now easily apply italics, bold, and underline to emphasize important information.
- HTML Support: For those who want even greater control and customization, the text editor now allows HTML input. This enables you to incorporate custom styles, embed multimedia, and create complex layouts directly within the editor. Read more

CDP Custom Campaigns
- With this new feature, we’re giving dealerships a new avenue for data activation, right within our platform. You can now create an audience inside the CDP and push that audience into email campaigns within Audience Activation. When setting up the campaign, you can set up the priority & cadence and schedule your campaign to run however long you need it to run. Read more

Shopper Page Link for Sharing
- You can now share a link to a specific shopper's page with anyone within your dealership organization, regardless of whether they have a Fullpath dashboard login. Simply click the 'share' icon next to the shopper's name to generate an external link, which can then be shared with relevant personnel at the dealership. Read more
Audience APIs
- Now you can leverage the custom audiences you’ve created in Fullpath's CDP in any third party marketing platform. Just copy and paste the API link from a custom audience to stream real-time, dynamic audiences from your first-party data into any platform. Read more

Customizable Chatbot Logo
- With this new functionality, dealers can customize the thumbnail image within Fullpath’s chatbot with their own dealerships logo. This allows dealers to maintain their own brand identity with customers, while reaping the full benefit of Fullpath’s AI powered chat integration.

Audience Activation Enhancements
- In order to create evergreen reports which you can save and reference throughout the month, sliding date ranges let you look at shopper data unanchored to a particular date range, and instead, a look-back at the last date range of 30 days, or look forward at the coming 30 days (or 45 days, 90 days, whatever you want!)
- In Audience Activation, you can now view replies to Fullpath-sent emails, along with the email to which they are replying. They are displayed in the Shopper timeline under the Email Activity sections. These replies are only visible if the email is sent from/ replies to the Fullpath domain. Read more
