In an industry where a vehicle’s value depreciates with every sunrise, “at-risk” inventory is more than a management hurdle, it’s a drain on the bottom line. From October to December of 2025, Cavender Subaru of Norman utilized Fullpath’s VINs-Acceleration to promote 387 specific vehicles that had crossed the days-on-lot threshold and needed an extra boost. By the end of the quarter, the dealership had successfully sold 199 of the promoted units, effectively clearing the path for fresh incoming inventory and protecting their bottom line from the typical losses associated with aged stock. Crucially, every one of these sold aged units received VDP views driven directly by VINs-Acceleration. This 100% correlation highlights that the platform provided the exact digital nudge required to move a vehicle off the lot.
