Fullpath is seeking a sharp and adaptable Senior Finance Manager to join our lean and high-performing finance team. This is a cross-functional role covering all aspects of financial operations in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment. You’ll work alongside our Director of Finance and will partner closely with functions across the business—including Sales, Customer Success, and Ops—to streamline processes, manage financial data, and improve decision-making infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on complexity, understands business operations, and is eager to take ownership across a wide scope of finance responsibilities.
The role is based out of our Jerusalem office (Hybrid) and reports to the CFO.
What you will be responsible for
Financial Data
- Month Close Cycle: Manage monthly close cadence/accuracy across bookkeeping and controller functions for cross-company performance analytics.
- Financial Reporting: Enhance P&L/BS/CF reporting substance and form; oversee controller work during audits.
- Analytics and FP&A: Lead financial modeling (budgets, forecasts, variance analysis), and work with the FP&A team to develop dashboards and insights, track KPIs
- Ad Hoc Projects: Execute high-priority initiatives from cost/ROI analysis to customer cohort analysis.
Finance Business Partner
- Variable Income: Manage hands-on end-to-end variable compensation for market-facing teams, validate Salesforce data, drive insights on activity/KPIs, structure incentives with CRO/CCO/Sales/CS leadership.
- Spend Management: Monitor ad-spend controls, vendor management, department-level spend. expense approvals, policy compliance via Mesh and company systems.
Platforms and Process:
- Systems: Power user of NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho, Mesh, AI platforms for reporting and process improvement.
- Billing Operations: Guide and support order-to-cash tracking, invoicing cycles, revenue recognition; maintain CRM/billing system accuracy.
- Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks, implement automation/AI solutions for efficiency and data reliability.
Corporate Finance
- Legal / Finance Bridge: Provide financial analysis for contracts/commitments (integrations, partnerships, leases).
- Due diligence: Own company VDR, build cross-department materials with stakeholder collaboration.
- Corporate Development: Assess M&A opportunities, run due diligence, build models, manage change.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- >5 years of experience in broad controller, financial operations or cross-finance roles, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or similar complex environments.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, and billing tools is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with platforms, data analysis and financial modeling tools (Excel, BI, CRM, billing systems).
- Strong data orientation—able to build models, validate data, and extract insights independently.
- Process thinker: always looking for ways to make systems smarter, not just faster
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed; bias for execution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; able to support U.S.-facing operations.
The top candidate will also have
- Experience with Mesh, Zoho, or similar spend/billing tools.
- Prior exposure to commissions calculations and revenue systems.
- Familiarity with using AI tools for automation (e.g., ChatGPT, GPT in Sheets, Zapier, etc.
