Fullpath was founded in 2014 by three friends who came together to build a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and an AI-driven marketing automation platform (MAP) that now serve thousands of North American car dealerships, including some of the most savvy and forward leading auto-retailers in the United States.

Fullpath is driven by a passion for the impact that small, medium, and family-owned businesses have on local communities and economies. This has guided our mission since 2017 when our team wrote the company’s first piece of dealer-focused software. Business Applications Manager

We are seeking a Business Applications Manager to manage our tech stack and work with departments across the company. The primary tool you’ll be working with on a daily basis is Salesforce, but this position is responsible for managing other business applications as well. You will work closely with the wider Business Applications team to execute on initiatives, proactively suggest and build improvements, and collaborate closely with department leaders to ensure success.

This is a position based out of our Tel Aviv or Jerusalem office, and will report to the VP Operations.

What you will be responsible for

  • Support the organization’s needs regarding all business applications to ensure that each team member has the tools they need to do their job successfully (with a high focus on Salesforce)
  • Develop a strong understanding of all current tools being used and their specific implementation in the company      
  • Become an expert in the company’s Salesforce implementation and analyze opportunities for improvement
  • Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Assist with prioritization and delegation of tasks to the team
  • Design and implement complex Salesforce workflows, processes, and reports, navigating and connecting various custom objects and 3rd-party system integrations.
  • Provide guidance and support for Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
  • Oversee Salesforce training and the development of documentation including system architecture, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to understand business needs and ensure that tech stack is reflecting these requirements while maximizing for efficiency
  • Develop timelines for expected delivery and regularly communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and analyze priorities
  • Ensure CRM data is clean, identifying needs for new automations or validations to prevent data gaps
  • Work closely with Data Analyst team to provide guidance on CRM structure to enable accurate reporting
  • Identify opportunities for new solutions and integrations 


Requirements

  • Excellent English and strong Hebrew skills
  • 5+ years experience in Business Applications Manager/Solutions Architect/Salesforce Manager or similar role
  • 5+ years Salesforce-related role
  • 3+ years experience in a SaaS environment in a role/department related to the customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, etc.)  
  • Hands-on experience with automation/integration tools (Workato, n8n, Make/Integromat) - strong advantage.
  • Experience with REST API and managing 3rd-party integrations.
  • Experience writing code and Salesforce development (Apex classes, LWC) - big advantage.
  • Experience with PowerBI - big advantage!
  • Experience in a startup environment 
  • Past experience with the implementation of a full solution/core CRM module or other core system in an organization

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
