We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our team and make a significant impact on our sales department and the company's success! As a Sales Development Representative, you will take charge of growing our lead pipeline, managing multiple prospects, selling top-notch technology, and being part of a remarkable, diverse sales team.

This is a hybrid position and reports to the Sales Director.

What you will be responsible for

  • Research and identify potential clients and interact with them through direct phone calls and emails
  • Ensure prospects meet our qualification criteria
  • Develop and build close long-term relationships with prospects and customers until they convert to qualified opportunities.
  • Document lead-generation activities and maintain an organized CRM
  • Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy
  • Understand the business needs of our prospects and clearly articulate our products’ value to them
  • Initiate contact with inbound leads


To be a Sales Development Representative at Fullpath you need to have:

  • 1+ years of customer-facing or relationship building experience
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research via various online tools
  • Proficient with Google Suite (spreadsheet, docs, etc.)
  • Willingness to work during PST hours

The personal competencies you need to have:

  • Excellent English communication skills, flawless written and spoken
  • High energy and drive for results
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The top candidate will also have

  • Experience with online software sales (SaaS) 
  • Experience with CRM systems

*Annual base starting salary: $40K- $55K, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  On target earnings (base + variable) is $62K-$70K.

*Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k.  Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's equity program.
