We are looking for  a dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise to lead our enterprise-level customer success strategies. The Director of Enterprise will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer success plans that drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, drive retention and solidify our position as a trusted partner for enterprise clients.

This is a hybrid or a remote position and reports to the VP of Customer Experience and will require travel, up to 25% of the time.

Customer Success Leadership:

  • Oversee the customer success function as it relates to enterprise customers, ensuring the successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of enterprise customers.
  • Define and implement best practices for customer success, focusing on delivering value, driving engagement, ensuring retention and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within existing accounts.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of customer success professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, regularly evaluating performance and providing actionable feedback for professional development.
  • Enhance the collaboration and alignment between sales and post-sales enterprise teams

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise customer success plan aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Partner with Enterprise Sales to ensure growth alignment and organizational support.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the global product and engineering teams to drive strategic business decisions as it relates to enterprise customers. 


Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise-level customer success within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, strongly preferred.

*Annual base starting salary: $150K - $170k, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  

*Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 20 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's equity program.
