We are seeking a skilled OEM Operations Manager to join our team and spearhead the onboarding and management of our OEM partners. This pivotal role focuses on client facing OEM account management and internal OEM operations - including the smooth execution of all internal processes for external deliverables. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward.

This is a hybrid or remote position, reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, with occasional travel requirements. Preference given to candidates in Detroit, MI, Teaneck, NJ and Burlington, VT areas.

What you will be responsible for

  • Serving as the primary internal contact for all matters related to the OEM program, ensuring the team is well-informed.
  • Collaborating with department leads to disseminate new OEM program information and coordinating necessary materials with Marketing and Customer Service teams.
  • Proactively engaging with OEM compliance and co-op teams to maintain seamless partnerships.
  • Implementing OEM brand books company-wide and establishing internal compliance procedures.
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholders across the organization to meet compliance goals effectively.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with OEM partners and dealerships to streamline co-op processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to understand co-op billing requirements and address recurring escalation issues for automation and scalability.
  • Serving as the point of contact with OEMs for campaign-related matters, including RFPs, negotiations, and confirmations.
  • Managing campaign flight dates and ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines, tracking delivery progress, and handling cancellations and billing escalations.
  • Providing immediate response and resolution to billing queries from customers during US hours.
  • Escalating complex issues to the billing team while championing automation and scalability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with OEMs in the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Proficient understanding of OEM compliance protocols related to marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-departmental coordination within dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Relevant academic degree.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Detail-oriented work ethic with a focus on timely delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for both external partners and internal team collaboration.

*Annual base starting salary: $80K-$90K, depending on experience, location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  

*Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401(k) with company match. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's equity program.
